Entry from: Eceabat, Turkey Entry Title: "Anzac Day - Gallipoli" Entry: "We bussed it from Istanbul on the bus line Ulusoy. What a great bus line. They have wifi internet on board which is obtained by typing in your reference number and name. They have a flight/Busboy attendant who served snacks and drinks and was helpful in general. The also have screens and you can watch movies (in turkish) or play games and they also serve refreshments. We signed up for a Ulusoy card which gives you discount of 20% every time you travel. Since we will be using public transport this will be a saving. Apparently this busline also travels through Europe - is connected with Lufthansa. We arrived in Eceabat and found our accomodation which we had booked over phone. Where we booked (at TJ's) and where we ended staying - The Boss were two different places with differing standards of accommodation and service. We were told that because of business with ANZAC Day etc. that TJ's had sublet the other hotel rooms. The reality was TJ had booked all the Media personnel into his motel but still wanted more patrons. We were shown to a tiny room with 6 bunks on the 5th floor - walk up, no air cond. no sheets, not like the pictures we had seen on the internet and thought we were getting - Daniel and Paul couldn't stand up the roof ...
